Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Tutors to provide personalised academic support to students across a variety of subjects. The successful candidates will assist learners in developing their understanding, confidence, and skills through engaging and tailored tutoring sessions. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ educational journeys while fostering a love for learning.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in designated subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement, developing customised lesson plans accordingly
Support students with homework, exam preparation, and study techniques to enhance their academic performance
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence
Track and record student progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians as required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum changes and educational best practices
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive support system

Skills

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across relevant subjects
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Experience working with children and understanding of diverse learning styles
Knowledge of special education needs and inclusive teaching strategies is desirable
Organised with excellent time management skills to plan sessions effectively
Passionate about education and committed to supporting student development
