We work with leading principal contractors, architects and developers, delivering high-quality steelwork packages for leisure centres, schools, commercial developments, public realm projects and bespoke architectural schemes.

As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Architectural Metalwork Installers to join our installation team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for installing a wide range of bespoke fabricated metalwork, including:
- Architectural handrails
- Balustrades
- Glass balustrade systems
- Railings
- Feature staircases
- Structural steelwork
- Secondary steelwork
- Sheet metal fabrications
- Bespoke architectural metalwork
- Gates, barriers and access structures
Every project is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing a high-quality finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing fabricated metalwork safely and accurately.
- Reading fabrication drawings and GA drawings.
- Working from site surveys and setting out information.
- Liaising with site managers and other trades.
- Maintaining high installation and finishing standards.
- Carrying out snagging and quality inspections.
- Ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with RAMS.
- Looking after company vehicles, tools and equipment.
- Representing CRK professionally on every site.
What We're Looking For
Ideally you'll have experience installing architectural metalwork or structural steelwork.
You'll be someone who:
- Can read engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Works to a high standard without cutting corners.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Is reliable and turns up ready to work.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has good communication skills.
- Is happy travelling and working away when required.
- Wants to build a long-term career rather than just another job.
Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS Card.
- Experience installing architectural metalwork or structural steelwork.
- Ability to work safely at height.
- Good understanding of site health and safety.
Desirable
- IPAF.
- PASMA.
- SSSTS.
- CPCS Slinger/Signaller.
- Welding experience.
- Telehandler or MEWP experience.
- First Aid.
- Site supervision experience.
