About the Role
Revive Auto Repairs is a brand new, premium vehicle repair facility located at the Evolve Business Park. We aren’t just building a bodyshop, we are building a reputation.
Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a skilled Panel Beater with MET Skills to join our growing team.
At Revive, we believe a great finish starts with a perfect panel. You’ll be working in a clean, modern, and highly organised facility where you are respected as a craftsman.
- Salary: From £46,800 per annum (£20.00 per hour - Experience Depending)
- Hours: 07:30 – 16:30, Monday – Friday (45 Hours)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Structural Repair: Handling all aspects of metalwork and panel repair on cars and light commercials, from minor dent pulls to major panel replacements and jig work.
- Technical Repair: Working with a variety of materials including Aluminium, Steel, GRP, and Plastics, ensuring every repair meets manufacturer standards.
- Chassis Alignment: Performing precision repairs and chassis alignment to high standards.
- MET Skills: Handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim aspects; stripping, refitting, and moving jobs through the shop efficiently.
- Workshop Pride: Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe bay in line with our "showroom standard" workshop policy. We provide the premium environment, you provide the skill.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in both Panel Repair and MET within a professional bodyshop environment.
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ/ATA or equivalent in Body Repair / MET is highly preferred.
- Work Ethic: A "right first time" mentality and a strong commitment to elite repair standards.
