Full job description

Take the next step in your career and lead our school who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.

Management Scale, Points 1-3, £52,333 - £55,753 per annum.

37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

Full time, fixed term until 7 June 2027 or upon the return of the postholder, whichever is sooner.

About you: Our ideal candidate will hold a level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent) in a relevant subject, a Management qualification or have relevant experience. We would also like you to have knowledge and understanding of a learning environment as you will be working with and supporting young people.

Sickness benefits here are generous, and staff are also provided with free access to independent occupational health, the Employee Support Helpline, a 24-hour life management and personal support helpline. The College also employs a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator, who provides support and organises very popular events across the Group, as well as providing access to a variety of free wellbeing resources.

There is free car parking at all of our main colleges as well as bike storage, and if you are based in the South, we can also offer a 10% discount at the Lilliput Day Nursery in Neath.

The College is an educator and as such we actively promote and encourage Continuous Professional Development for all of our staff; we may even be able to contribute to the fees for higher degrees and other qualifications helpful to your job.
