We are looking for a Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join our busy, independent estate agency team in Newport.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with alternate Saturdays from 9:00am–5:00pm.
Salary: From £25,000 per year (depending on experience)
Estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong computer skills and excellent customer service abilities are required.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our sales team, manage customer enquiries, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a smooth and efficient service for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining customer databases and records
- Arranging property viewings and valuations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Managing customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Creating property details and marketing information
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT and computer skills
- A proactive and professional approach
