IPM Acting Academy is a leading provider of professional acting classes focused on television and film. Our mission is to inspire creativity and passion in aspiring actors through innovative training and real industry experience, guided by award-winning professionals.
The Opportunity

Are you working in the industry and looking to give back? Or perhaps you're an experienced educator with a deep love for the screen?

We are seeking passionate, dynamic Acting Coaches and Industry Professionals to guide the next generation of talent. We have a high volume of classes available, with a particular focus on our vibrant Saturday sessions.

Because we value real-world perspective, we are highly flexible and love working with a diverse range of professionals, including:

Freelance Actors & Directors looking to teach between work.
Ex-Crew Members (casting, continuity, production) who understand the reality of being on set.
Qualified Teachers & Drama Coaches looking for rewarding weekend work.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Conduct high-energy acting workshops and classes for individuals or groups.
Teach the Craft: Deliver practical training in screen acting techniques, improvisation, and character development, keeping the focus sharply on TV and film.
Elevate Talent: Provide constructive, actionable feedback to help students continuously push their boundaries.
Collaborate: Work alongside our team of industry professionals to maintain a supportive, creative environment.

What We’re Looking For

Industry Footprint: Proven experience acting, coaching, or working in production across TV, film, or theatre.
The "Spark": The ability to command a room, communicate effectively with varying skill levels, and genuinely motivate aspiring actors.
Availability: Flexible availability during the week, with a strong preference for candidates available on Saturdays.
Safety First: An Enhanced DBS check is required (we work with talented students under 18).
