Job Summary

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, consistency, and creativity
Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in meal planning and portion control to maintain quality and efficiency during busy service times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and support smooth kitchen operations
Serve breakfast dishes promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Follow recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation guidelines to deliver exceptional dishes every time

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast cuisine such as eggs, pancakes, pastries, and more
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling of ingredients
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Prior experience serving guests or customers is a plus but not mandatory
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holiday shifts as needed
