Your Role
The Programme Director provides strategic leadership and governance across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring delivery of customer commitments, contractual obligations, and business objectives. Leading a team of Programme Management professionals, they drive performance, champion IPT leadership, and maintain accountability for programme execution, financial performance, and long-term business success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and governance across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring delivery of customer commitments and business objectives.
- Lead, develop and inspire Programme Management teams, driving high performance and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain senior customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for key accounts.
- Oversee programme performance across cost, schedule, quality and risk, ensuring targets are achieved and opportunities are maximised.
- Support business growth through bid activities, commercial negotiations, and effective programme governance to drive revenue and profitability.
