Client Success Coordinator
Location: Head Office, Poole
Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Client Success Coordinator to join our operations team. This is a dynamic role at the heart of our business, where you’ll play a crucial part in delivering outstanding service to our clients while ensuring operational excellence.
You’ll be the link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams—driving performance, managing service delivery, and ensuring we consistently meet our KPIs and SLAs. What You’ll Be Doing
Customer & Service Delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, delivering timely and professional responses
- Coordinate customer orders and service requests efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers
- Manage and resolve escalations with a calm, solution-focused approach
- Support and contribute to customer service reviews
Performance & Reporting
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Develop dashboards and track key performance metrics
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying risks
- Provide insight and analysis to support decision-making
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-led recommendations
Operations & Project Coordination
- Coordinate internal projects to ensure successful delivery against contractual commitments
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor field performance, stock accuracy, and operational metrics
Inventory & Financial Coordination
- Manage inventory and stock movements
- Coordinate stock planning to support business needs
- Liaise with suppliers, raise purchase orders, and resolve queries
- Support billing processes and assist with financial queries
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- Background in Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Management, Project Coordination, or Operations
- Proven ability to manage customer and supplier relationships
- Experience working in a KPI- or SLA-driven environment
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel at intermediate/advanced level)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
