Job Title: B2B Field Sales Representative (Telecoms / Communications)
Location: South of England (Field-Based)
Salary: £50,000 – £120,000 OTE

The Role
We’re looking for a driven and confident Field Sales Representative to join a growing communications business. You’ll be covering the South of the UK, attending pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments with business customers, so your focus is purely on selling and closing deals.

This role is ideal for experienced B2B field sales professionals, but we also welcome high-performing B2C or home improvement salespeople who are used to closing face-to-face and want to transition into a Monday–Friday role with strong earning potential.

What Makes This Role Different
We understand this is a competitive market, and many field sales roles come with long hours, weekend work, and heavy pressure. That’s not how we operate.

Monday to Friday only – no weekends
Pre-qualified appointments provided – no cold knocking
No micromanagement – you’re trusted to manage your diary
No unnecessary pressure or overbearing KPI tracking
A focus on results, not process

We believe in giving good salespeople the freedom and support to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

Attend pre-arranged appointments with SME and corporate clients
Present and sell telecoms and communication solutions (e.g. connectivity, VoIP, mobile)
Build rapport quickly and identify client needs
Deliver tailored solutions and close deals on the day where possible
Maintain accurate records of meetings and pipeline

What We’re Looking For

Experience in field sales (B2B preferred, but B2C/home improvements also considered)
Strong closing ability and confidence in face-to-face sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven without needing close supervision
Full UK driving licence
