The Role
We are looking for a passionate, skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our full-time front-of-house team.
If you believe a cocktail can be a work of art, this is your stage.
What You Will Do
- Craft signature and classic cocktails to an elite standard, with precision and showmanship
- Host guests with genuine warmth, confidence and personality
- Contribute to menu innovation alongside senior leadership
- Maintain impeccable bar setup, cleanliness and presentation at all times
- Create social-media-worthy drinks moments that guests talk about and share
- Support broader beverage service including wine, sake and spirits guidance
- Work as a true team player - professionalism and due diligence are non-negotiable

Hours: 25–30 hours per week to start, with genuine opportunity to increase quickly. Shifts include evenings, weekends and occasional late-night services on a rotating basis.
