Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served. Your expertise will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or pastry, ensuring smooth operation during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization within your designated station to comply with food safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service delivery
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs for ordering supplies
Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold a safe working environment
Support junior kitchen staff by providing guidance and training on food preparation techniques

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards
Previous kitchen experience demonstrating efficiency in a high-volume environment
Excellent understanding of food presentation and serving etiquette
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory
