Employed: salary + bonus potential, paid holiday, benefits, GCC registration fees, BCA/UCA membership fees, Professional Insurances, 5.6 weeks paid holiday (no locum costs), help with cost of CPD, life insurance, family medical cash plan and regular mentorship
Self-employed: £ based competitive earnings, strong patient flow, proven systems, coaching and playbooks, mentorship.

As a Chiropractor at Life Balance Chiropractic, you will:
- Attract new clients through referrals, social media, articles, personal appearance at screenings and community events

Consult, Assess and examine clients by listening to each client's goals, concerns and what matters most to them, using chiropractic testing and X-rays where clinically appropriate

Design personalised care plans that match each client's goals, findings and best path for progress and long term results.

Communicate clearly, create clairty & confidence so clients feel safe, informed and confident they are in the right place, clients understand their care, trusts the plan and know their next step

Locate, analyse & correct vertebral subluxations within a range of techniques to allow your checking/adjusting skills to develop in a clear and specific way, so you can deliver excellent care.

Work as an integrated team with massage therapists and other chiropractors to improve client outcomes with lifestyle advice and exercise guidance

Connect on every visit by helping clients feel seen, heard, understood, cared for and clear on their progresss , not just checked/corrected, Educate clients on chiropractic, spinal health, and nervous system, whilst Inviting advocacy when the impact is real through referrals, reviews, testimonials and client stories

Review progress regularly by checking goals, adjusting care when needed, linking care to the life clients want to live, guiding long-term results from relief to prevention, performance and wellness

Reactivate clients who have dropped off care with care, clarity and follow-up

Support the team by contributing to centre events, covering when needed and raising the standard together
You'll work within proven systems that support clinical excellence, client experience, retention, referrals and long-term results.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
- GCC-registered or GCC-eligible and able to work in the UK
