General Labourer / Multi Trader
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and versatile General Labourer to join our growing construction team. This is a hands-on role supporting a wide range of construction projects, working alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Full time position or price work with temporary contracts available for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will assist with all stages of construction, including demolition, site preparation, first fix and second fix plumbing, and general support for various trades. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their skills and gain experience across multiple construction disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, site clearance, and general labouring duties.
- Support tradespeople including plumbers, carpenters, roofers, electricians, and bricklayers.
- Assist with first fix and second fix plumbing installations.
- Carry out basic carpentry, roofing, masonry, and maintenance tasks where required.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely around site.
- Operate hand and power tools competently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Undertake other duties as required to support the successful completion of projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or general labouring is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, or electrical work is advantageous.
- Confident using a range of hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to carry out physically demanding work.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
