Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our growing team.
Location: Office based in Holton Heath, with projects stretching from Swanage to Southampton.
You’ll need to be flexible and happy to travel, but where possible we will aim to allocate close to your home address should there be a site close by.

You'll work on a wide variety of projects for homeowners and well-known main building contractors, what we need from you:
- To complete roofing projects to an exceptional standard
- To work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- To build strong relationships with customers and main contractors
- To complete both flat roofing and slate & tile pitched roofs from start to finish
- To carry out cement works including valleys, verges, hips and ridges
- To complete lead work, including step flashings
WE WANT EXPERIENCED ROOFERS
To join MC Roofing, you'll need:
- 3+ years of roofing experience
- Proven experience with slate and tile pitched roofs
- Strong cement-work skills
Essential:
- Experience with lead work, including step flashings
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
