Full job description

The role is a 12 month FTC with hybrid working. It can also be part time.

We are seeking a well experienced Senior HR Business Partner to coordinate a restructure for an outstanding organisation as it moves into a significant period of organisational change.

Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Swansea

Type: Contract

Salary: £60,000 - £67,500

This role is the key point of contact for the entire restructure and requires a HR Professional with a solid understanding of all aspects associated with restructuring activity ensuring the reorganisation is clearly communicated and delivered in a fair, consistent, legally compliant and people centred while maintaining operational continuity.

Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will have:

FCIPD or relevant qualification
Significant experience in a Senior HRBP role which includes hands on restructuring experience
Proven experience leading organisational restructuring and complex change management
Sound knowledge of UK employment law particularly in relation to consultation and redundancy programmes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
