The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

This is a great opportunity to join our field operations team and start a career at Culligan. We offer ongoing training and development, providing opportunities for progression with structured training programmes.

Support our mission to give people instant access to cleaner, safer, better-tasting water through our unparalleled expertise in sustainability, science, and service.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
Report any potential failures

Requirements

A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
