Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Advertising and Marketing Associate Officer to join our innovative marketing team.

. Initiate in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

· Manage and update social media platforms (e.g., promotions, events, offers)

· Coordinate advertising activities including online ads, print materials, and local promotions

· Create and maintain marketing content such as menus, posters, and promotional materials

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance and customer engagement metrics

· Support website updates and online presence management

· Liaise with external marketing agencies, designers, and printers

· Assist in organising promotional events, launches, and seasonal campaigns

· Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences

· Support customer feedback collection and reputation management (e.g., reviews)

· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and optimise advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and DoubleClick.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement.
Conduct media buying activities to ensure effective allocation of advertising budgets for maximum reach and ROI.
Oversee PPC campaign management, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and ad copy optimisation.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools to generate insights and report on key metrics.
Develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content aligned with brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirement

. Experience in marketing, advertising, or hospitality-related roles

· Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

· Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, social media tools, basic design software)

· Creative thinking and content creation skills

· Good analytical and reporting skills

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· Knowledge of branding and customer engagement strategies

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
