Job Overview

Lead by example, lift the team: As a hands-on leader, you'll set the tone on the shop floor, motivating your team, jumping in where needed, and making sure everyone feels supported. Your energy and guidance help create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and customers love to shop.
Put people first, every time: Whether you're helping a colleague grow in confidence or making sure a customer leaves with a smile, your leadership will shape the store’s atmosphere. You'll coach your team through busy days, guide them to deliver great service, and keep standards high across the board.
Keep the store thriving: From managing daily tasks to reacting quickly when things change, you'll stay focused and lead with purpose. Minimum Criteria To Apply

Experience supervising medium to large retail teams in a fast-paced retail environment
A proven track record of achieving significantly high weekly sales targets
Experience managing a varied range of retail categories
A strong understanding of store operations, performance management, and customer service

You should also demonstrate the following key competencies:

Prioritising and organising work effectively
Customer focus
Clear and confident communication
Managing and developing teams
Problem solving and decision making
Talent development and succession planning
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
