The Sales Director, Enterprise leads HID's go-to-market strategy and revenue execution across EMEA for enterprise authentication solutions. Responsible for developing strategic Fortune 500 relationships, driving predictable pipeline growth, and achieving regional bookings targets through direct and partner-led sales.
The role collaborates closely with product, marketing, solution engineering, and strategic alliance teams to position HID as a leader in phishing-resistant authentication and identity solutions. The successful candidate combines executive presence, enterprise sales expertise, and data-driven pipeline management to accelerate growth in complex customer environments.

As our Sales Director, Enterprise , you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for EMEA.
- Build executive relationships with CIOs, CISOs and other senior stakeholders.
- Own regional pipeline generation, forecasting and bookings performance.
- Lead account-based marketing initiatives with Marketing and Product teams.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain forecast accuracy and sales analytics.
- Represent HID during executive presentations, RFPs and strategic customer engagements.
- Collaborate with major platform providers like Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, Optiv, GuidePoint and other ecosystem partners.
- Drive adoption of HID authentication solutions across enterprise organizations.
- Establish HID thought leadership and competitive differentiation in enterprise cybersecurity.
- Develop scalable sales processes and outbound prospecting programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Professional Services and Channel teams.
- Mentor internal stakeholders on enterprise sales strategy, account planning and executive engagement.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive positioning and customer requirements to influence go-to-market strategy.
Your Experience and Background include:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity or related technologies.
- Demonstrated success selling into enterprises in EMEA.
- Experience engaging C-level executives and navigating complex buying organizations.
- Proven pipeline development, forecasting and revenue management skills.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Advanced Salesforce.com proficiency.
- AI skills, use of HID supported AI tech for productivity and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
- Proven success selling authentication, IAM/FIDO or identity security solutions into the enterprise markets across EMEA.
- Have been in a sales leadership position with both start up and global companies.
- Experience working within highly matrixed global organizations in building business cases, ROI models based on consultative sales discovery methods.
- Familiarity with regulated industries including financial services, healthcare and critical infrastructure.
