We’re looking for committed individuals to join our Deck, Engineering, and Onboard Services teams for the 2026 operating season. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality service for both our crew and passengers.

We’re seeking professionals who:
Have all relevant STCW95 certifications for their role.
Are competent in essential muster duties.
Can uphold high standards of safety, service, and operational reliability.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Can work effectively under strict deadlines in dynamic and pressurised environments.
Show initiative, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.
Remain calm under pressure and approach challenges positively.
Fluent in English.
Live within a reasonable daily commute to Poole, UK.
For Onboard Services roles: Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are essential. Prior onboard service experience, especially on High-Speed Craft, is an advantage but not essential.
