About The Jubilee Hotel
The Jubilee Hotel is a busy 77-bedroom seafront hotel in Weymouth, incorporating The Three Chimneys Smokehouse & Grill, the Secret Garden Spa and our growing range of entertainment facilities.
We are not a traditional hotel. We aim to be quirky, welcoming and memorable, offering our guests much more than simply a room for the night. Our facilities include Escape Dungeons, karaoke rooms, AR darts, shuffleboard, private hot tub and sauna experiences, spa treatments, games and dining.
Our Reception Team is the central hub of the hotel. From the moment a guest makes an enquiry until they check out and leave their review, Reception helps bring every part of their experience together.
As the business has expanded, we are growing our Reception Team and introducing a dedicated Reservations Office. This creates opportunities for team members who enjoy customer service, organisation, administration, sales and taking ownership of additional projects.

You will help guests with hotel stays, restaurant bookings, spa experiences, entertainment activities, parking and general enquiries. You will also work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Restaurant, Kitchen, Spa and Management to ensure that each guest’s stay runs smoothly.
As our Reservations Office develops, there may also be opportunities to specialise in areas such as reservations, guest communications, group bookings, administration, marketing, events, sales, recruitment or other projects that match your skills and interests.
We particularly welcome candidates who enjoy taking ownership of additional administrative projects, especially during quieter winter periods, and who would like to contribute ideas to help the business improve and grow.
