Are you an experienced sales leader who is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams?
We're looking for a Sales Centre Manager to lead an established team of sales advisors, driving both commercial success and employee development. This is an opportunity to influence culture, develop future talent and make a real impact on business performance.
As a key member of the site's leadership team, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues across Transport, Customer Service and Warehouse operations to drive performance, deliver excellent customer service and support wider business objectives.

What you'll be doing
As Sales Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of sales advisors while driving sales performance and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of sales advisors
- Creating a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
- Driving sales performance through coaching, feedback and development plans
- Managing KPIs and performance to achieve and exceed business targets
- Identifying opportunities for process and performance improvements
- Using data and insight to make informed business decisions
- Supporting career development and succession planning within the team
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercial objectives
- Playing an active role in the site leadership team, working closely with Transport, Customer Service and Warehouse departments to drive operational excellence and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Driving accountability while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment
What we're looking for
We're looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of developing people and delivering results.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing and developing successful sales, contact centre or customer-facing teams
- Experience leading teams of 10+ employees in a target-driven environment
- A proven ability to build high-performing, engaged teams
- Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills
- A track record of developing talent and supporting career progression
- Experience delivering against sales, revenue and service targets
- The ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset
- The ability to lead through change and inspire others to achieve their best
