We’re looking for skilled, passionate Baristas to join the founding team at SAND Café, a new specialty brunch café.
At SAND, coffee and food are the centrepieces — quality, consistency, and calm execution matter. You’ll be working with high-end equipment, quality beans, and a team that genuinely cares about craft.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing specialty coffee to a consistently high standard
- Dialling in espresso and maintaining coffee quality throughout service
- Engaging customers with warmth and confidence
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised, and efficient
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
What we’re looking for
- Previous barista experience preferred (specialty experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Calm under pressure, fast learner, team-first mindset
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
Pay: £12.90 per hour
