This is a unique opportunity for a successful consultant who loves delivery and relationship management but is ready to play a bigger role in developing others.
Unlike many recruitment leadership positions, this role is not about business development.
Your time will typically be split:
You'll be:
Owning and growing an established contract desk within our Defence business
Delivering high-quality contract recruitment solutions into a major customer account
Leading, mentoring and influencing a team of 6 delivery consultants
Building credibility through your own billing performance and market expertise
Supporting team members with candidate attraction, qualification and delivery strategies
Driving contractor engagement within a highly competitive market
Collaborating with senior leadership to maximise account performance and growth opportunities
Creating a high-performance culture where individuals are motivated, accountable and successful
This is ideal for a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant or Team Leader from a contract recruitment background who wants more responsibility without moving into a purely managerial role.
You may be:
An experienced 360 Consultant looking to move into leadership without the pressure of sales targets and BD activity.
A strong Delivery or 180 Consultant already mentoring others and ready to gain formal leadership experience.
A proven recruiter with excellent client and candidate management skills who enjoys helping others succeed.
