Full job description

Are you a confident communicator with a knack for organisation and a passion for customer service? Join our dynamic team at Homecare as a Customer Service Hub Operator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our clients receive top-tier service.

About the job

Act as the first point of contact for clients and operatives via phone, email, and portals.
Log, schedule, and manage reactive and planned works using our CAFM system.
Coordinate job bookings and site visits, ensuring efficient communication across teams.
Provide clear updates to customers, managing expectations and resolving escalations.
Maintain accurate records of jobs, costs, and key data using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
Handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with professionalism.
Raise purchase orders, source materials, and track quotes and variations.
Support the finance team by logging completed works and preparing invoices.
Manage minor customer complaints and contribute to continuous improvement.

What you will need to successful

1–2 years in a service desk, helpdesk, or coordination role.
Experience using insurance portals and a familiarity with xactanalysis and cotality
Excellent communication, strong organisational ability, and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM systems, and client portals.
Calm, customer-focused, and proactive with a “right first time” attitude.
