Job Title: Wellbeing Advisor

The Role:

As a Wellbeing Advisor you will respond to communications from the public, internal and external colleagues whilst ensuring the service is meeting its Care Act duties, through the provision of good quality information, advice, and guidance
Our dedicated Wellbeing Advisors deliver strengths based and solution focussed outcomes to enquiries using a consistent approach to understanding what matters to the person and supporting people consider the range of options available to them
In the role of a Wellbeing Advisors you will connect people to support available within their own network and community whilst taking into account their own resources and strengths
You, the Wellbeing Advisors will carry out positive strength-based conversations to resolve enquiries to prevent, reduce or delay needs from escalating
The Wellbeing Advisors will effectively collaborate with people, internal and external partners to maximise opportunities and resources to enable strength-based approach
As the Wellbeing Advisors you will offer advice and guidance on a range of Adult Social Care services and support networks

There are four Wellbeing Advisor vacancies available. Three of the posts are based on a working pattern of Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The fourth post is based on a working pattern of 12:15pm to 10:00pm, with working days to be agreed and discussed at interview.

Your application will be considered for all available vacancies. Should you be shortlisted, your preferred working pattern and availability will be discussed further during the interview process.

Please note that during the initial eight-week training period, all successful candidates will be required to attend face-to-face training Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Attendance throughout the full training programme is mandatory.
