Overview

Join our team as a Foundry Worker and become an essential part of the metal casting process! In this role, you'll be actively engaged in preparing, pouring, and finishing metal products, ensuring high-quality standards are met at every stage. Your energy and attention to detail will help us produce durable, precise components used across various industries. This position offers a hands-on experience in an environment where safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork are at the forefront of everything we do.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and tooling to shape, grind, and finish castings to meet specifications.
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain machinery involved in the foundry operations.
Conduct grinding and finishing work on castings to achieve desired surface quality and dimensions.
Assist in the assembly of finished products, ensuring all parts fit correctly and meet quality standards.
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.Skills

Experience with grinding, and using hand tools effectively.
Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot foundry equipment.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.
Familiarity with tooling used in casting, grinding, and assembly processes.
