SALES COORDINATOR
We’re looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing hospitality group.
This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting reservations, customer communications, social media management, event coordination and sales across our venues.
Our group currently includes 3 pubs and 2 street food outlets, with more growth planned. The role will be primarily based at our offices at The Hunters Pub & Dining, with some ad hoc travel to other sites when required, so having your own transport would be helpful.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling reservations via ResDiary
- Answering telephone bookings and email enquiries across all venues
- Supporting social media management and scheduling
- Responding to customer communications via SuperChat
- Converting enquiries and following up sales leads
- Supporting event and festive coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- A positive attitude and flexible approach
- Competence in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Hospitality and sales experience essential
- Previous experience using ResDiary would be advantageous

Requirements
Full Time or Part Time hours available
Flexible on times but must be able to work between 10.00am and 9.00pm
Weekend availability is required
Travel to other venues may be necessary so you must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
