Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding law firm based in Lytham, Lancashire. This is a permanent, full-time job offering a salary of £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, alongside flexible 9am–5pm working hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and genuine long-term career progression. About the Role

This Commercial Property Solicitor job offers the opportunity to join a busy and exceptionally well-regarded team handling a broad range of commercial property matters for businesses, investors and developers. The department continues to grow rapidly due to its excellent reputation and strong client relationships, creating an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor who enjoys high-quality work within a supportive regional practice. You will become a key part of the team’s ongoing success while benefiting from close collaboration, autonomy and clear opportunities for professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
Preparing detailed reports on title for clients and lenders, identifying risks and providing practical legal advice
Handling due diligence matters including title investigations, planning matters, environmental issues and restrictive covenants
Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and third parties to progress transactions efficiently and maintain strong client relationships
Supporting colleagues and other departments with property-related matters including probate and business support work where required
Managing billing, time recording and financial targets in line with departmental objectives
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal procedures and professional standards
Submitting Land Registry applications and resolving requisitions through to registration
Contributing to continuous improvement by updating precedents, improving processes and embracing legal technology
Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development

This Commercial Property Solicitor opportunity would suit a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience handling commercial property matters within a private practice environment.
