Full job description

e-Aspire is a market leader in digital media production for learning and communications.

We have a great opportunity for a creative and talented eLearning developer to join our growing team. This role will suit a creative individual looking to develop existing skills and gain more exposure to a range of new opportunities within a growing company.

Based in Preston, we are a team of highly motivated individuals from all walks of life. Our company culture is warm and welcoming. We encourage individuality within our team to focus on delivering innovation and quality to our customers with highly creative content that includes actor led training films, interactive eLearning courses, motion graphics and animation.

Responsibilities:

Help to originate and develop eLearning courses that engage and motivate learners.
As part of our team enhance learning content through innovative and creative content design.
Build courses working with client storyboards to help us develop the eLearning.
Work with the graphics and video teams to help enhance the eLearning.
Help integrate video, audio and animation content into the eLearning build.

Experience:

You should have experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
You will be preferably from a Digital Design background with some experience in eLearning.
A working knowledge of Adobe CC design packages such as Photoshop, Illustrator is essential.

Qualities:

You will be passionate about design.
Ideally a self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
Self-motivated and strong communicator.
Must be organised and manage time effectively with excellent attention to detail.

Skills - Knowledge of the following would be desirable but not essential:

Digital Interface design
LMS management
Adobe Premiere
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Audition
HTML 5
UI/UX experience

We are keen to see a strong creative portfolio. Salary negotiable based on experience.
