The Role
This is a key position within our business.
Our customers rely on us to deliver the correct products quickly and accurately, every single time. We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting things right, works with care and consistency, and enjoys being part of a team that values accuracy and reliability.
Responsible for ensuring every order leaves accurately and on time, you'll handle goods in, stock organisation, picking, packing, quality control and help improve warehouse processes.
This is not simply a picking and packing role. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of their work, help maintain high standards throughout the warehouse and contribute to making our operations more efficient over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Check order accuracy before dispatch
- Prepare parcels and pallet shipments
- Receive and book in stock deliveries
- Organise warehouse stock locations
- Maintain stock accuracy
- Rewind label rolls to customer specifications
- Assist customers collecting orders
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse
- Identify and help implement improvements to warehouse processes
- Support the wider team to ensure orders are dispatched on time

- Near 100% order accuracy
- Same-day dispatch of all orders received before the daily cut-off

- A clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment
Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
- No weekends
- 37.5 hours per week
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Pay
£12.71 per hour (depending on age and experience) for applicants aged 21+.
£10.85 per hour for applicants aged 18–20.
