Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Staff to join our team for a variety of upcoming events including horse racing, football & concerts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in event management and customer service within a dynamic environment. Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends is essential for this role.
Duties
- Welcome guests and provide assistance as needed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage guest registration and ticketing processes efficiently
- Direct attendees to designated areas and provide information about the event programme
- Monitor event spaces for safety and security, reporting any concerns promptly
- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of event areas
- Handle enquiries from guests courteously and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to assist others as needed

Pay: £12.75-£14.50 per hour
