Job Description
We are expanding are teams and are actively seeking Estate Agents for various roles to work in the Morecambe/Lancaster/Garstang areas Do you have a background in sales or industry-related knowledge. Responsibilities
As a Sales Negotiator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Securing Property Market Appraisals: Take charge of scheduling and coordinating property market appraisals.
Purchaser and Tenant Registration: Skilfully register potential purchasers and tenants, employing a keen understanding of their preferences and requirements to match them with available properties.
Negotiating Property Sales: Serve as a crucial intermediary between vendors and purchasers, applying strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful property sales.
Accompanied Viewings: Conduct accompanied viewings, ensuring a positive and informative experience for potential buyers or tenants.
Product Recommendations: Provide valuable guidance by recommending additional services, including mortgage solutions and conveyancing services, to enhance the overall client experience.
