Summary

Ribbleton Avenue Infant School and Nursery are looking to appoint a Welfare Assistant to join our team to ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of our children during the lunch break period. Hours of work will be 11.40 am to 1.30 pm Monday to Friday (Term Time only). We would love to hear from you if you are a positive, friendly and hardworking person who enjoys working with children.

The successful candidates will:

Assist with the setting up and taking down of the dinner hall tables and chairs
Supervise pupils, supporting and promoting positive lunch times
Keep our young children safe
Deal with accidents or incidents during lunch time or on the playground areas

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
