It is hoped that the two roles can support each other and work together to help develop access to, and understanding of, psychology within the Adult Mental Health and Urgent Care pathways.
An interest in working with individuals with a range of presentations across the lifespan will be essential, and this post aims to foster skills in working within a multidisciplinary framework. The post will also sit as part of a team of psychological practitioners working within The Bay area, and the successful applicant will be welcomed as part of a service which will encourage the development of specific interests and will value further career development. Locality redesign means that there may be opportunities for the post holder to develop innovative connections with the wider community.
