Lead the Way in Community Healthcare – Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Southport (PR8 1DJ)
Hours: 34 hours per week – across 4 days ,including alternate Saturdays
Salary: Up to £62,000 FTE – negotiable depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
Managing stock, operations and GPhC (PSNI) standards
Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community
Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs
Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug's healthcare offering ‍

️ We're Looking For:

GPhC registered pharmacists
Community pharmacy experience preferred
Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
Strong leadership and team management skills
Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
Passionate healthcare professionals committed to delivering outstanding patient care
Ambitious individuals interested in developing into future Regional Healthcare Managers
