Full job description

Schedule: Monday - Sunday

Contracts: 8 hours

Working hours: Between 7am - 9pm

Company Overview

Affinity Living is so much more than beautiful apartments. It’s a home in the heart of the city that our residents make their own. We’re looking for our next Day Concierge to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents whilst ensuring the upkeep of our premium site & facilities are maintained at the highest standards throughout their shift.

Role Responsibilities:

o An experienced customer service professional, well-versed in delivering premium experiences to residents & guests.

o Previous Concierge experience would be an advantage.

o We’re not looking for professional cleaners, but need people who can demonstrate a hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas.

o Our operations run seamlessly with the support of a variety of technology systems and software; our Day Concierge must be technologically astute.

o Excellent communication skills. English will be the primary spoken language; however multi-lingual skills would be warmly welcomed.

o Strong organisational and leadership qualities with an ability to remain calm under pressure.

o Adaptability, creativity & positivity.

o Experience of excel will be advantageous as you will have administrative tasks to perform.

o Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours surveying and reporting every area of the building and reporting it onto our safety app.

o Maintain waste management areas adhering to health & safety regulations, ensuring potential hazards are addressed / cleaned / tidied / reorganised as required.

o Moving residents in and out/completing inventory’s

o Resilience, with an ability to effectively navigate unexpected situations.

o Able to carry out tasks that may involve extended periods of standing and repetitive movements, with reasonable adjustments considered where required.

o Flexibility: Our facilities are open to residents 24 hours a day, 356 days a year including all bank holidays, festive & religious breaks. Where festive and religious celebrations require time off, we will always try to accommodate, however flexibility is imperative to be available as required to ensure continuous service to residents.
