Lead Front of House Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

We're looking for an exceptional Lead Front of House Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly, passionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with reception experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. If you're looking to develop your leadership skills and progress towards a future management role while delivering outstanding patient care and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Tuesday
Alternate Wednesdays
Thursday
Friday
Alternate Saturdays

About You

Dental reception experience and knowledge of Dentally software would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a premium customer service environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to lead, support and motivate a small reception team
A professional, friendly and welcoming approach
A commitment to delivering a five-star patient experience from start to finish

About Us

Vitruvian Dental Studio is a state-of-the-art, independently owned private dental practice with a forward-thinking approach to patient care.

We primarily provide cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign, composite bonding and veneers, alongside general dentistry, dental implants and oral surgery. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional patient experiences and have an incredibly supportive, welcoming team of clinicians, nurses and reception staff.

The Role

As our Lead Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring every patient enjoys a seamless, five-star experience throughout their smile journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression
Managing appointment scheduling and patient enquiries
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
Leading, supervising and supporting the reception team
Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CQC, health & safety and infection prevention procedures
Maintaining the reception area to reflect the high standards of Vitruvian Dental Studio

Working Hours

Full-time – 5 days across a 6-day week
