Full job description

Overview

We are a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers in Leatherhead, providing face to face advice to high-net worth clients in the Southeast and London.

Previous experience in the financial services/IFA sector is ideal but not a requirement. A working knowledge of investment platforms, back-office systems and experience in using Intelligent Office (IO) would be advantageous.

The main duties of this role include; supporting the team with financial administration, client reporting, client enquiries, valuations and processing recommendations.

What we are looking for in our ideal Administrator:

Effective organisational and planning skills
Able to work to deadlines
Able to forge and develop relationships
Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a keen eye for detail

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team. This role is essential for maintaining the organisation’s financial health and supporting strategic growth initiatives through expert financial stewardship.

16 hours per week spread over 4 days, ideally Monday to Thursday, however, can be flexible.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
