This role within the Corporate Procurement Unit offers an exciting opportunity to take the lead on the continued implementation of changes required under the Procurement Act 2023 (which came into effect February 2025) alongside supporting compliance with the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act.
We are seeking a motivated individual to drive excellence and ensure compliance in procurement practices. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in shaping procurement policies, embedding compliant processes, and promoting ethical, sustainable, and transparent procurement.
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. Additionally, you will play an important role in supporting, training, and guiding colleagues, helping them to adopt best practices and maintain compliance with procurement regulations.
