Full job description

We're looking for hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porters to join our busy kitchen team for the season at The Potted Lobster, one of Abersoch's most popular seafood restaurants.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen alongside a friendly team while earning great money throughout the summer.

Pay

£12.71 per hour
Plus excellent tips – typically £3+ per hour, giving an expected hourly earnings of £15.70+ per hour
Weekly pay

What you'll be doing

Washing pots, pans and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and hygienic
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
Emptying bins and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
Supporting the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures

What we're looking for

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
