We’re looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about food, enjoy working as part of a team and want to build your career in a busy hospitality environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our standards
- Working as part of a busy and supportive kitchen team
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Supporting the senior chefs with the smooth running of the kitchen
- Helping to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is presented to a high standard
- Contributing ideas and bringing your passion for food to the team
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Good organisation and the ability to work under pressure
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Someone who takes pride in what they do
