✈About Quickmach Engineering

Quickmach Engineering is a leading sub-contract manufacturer with 75+ skilled employees. We specialise in producing intricate precision-machined components for the Aerospace, Medical, and Oil & Gas industries.

We're seeking a dedicated Deburrer to join our growing team and help us maintain the highest quality standards!

Working Pattern:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00

Friday: 07:30-12:30

Key Responsibilities

Deburring, finishing, and polishing CNC-machined components
Removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections
Preparing components for assembly, plating or inspection
Ensuring work meets tolerances and quality standards
Reporting any defects or non-conformance

Requirements:

Experience Deburring in a precision manufacturing role
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to work to tight tolerances
High level of reliability and integrity
Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy production environment
