About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, including the Head of Compliance and Head of People & Business Operations.
This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations while enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, Head of Compliance, and Head of People & Business Operations.
- Produce concise, accurate summaries of complex documents and develop thoroughly researched briefing notes that enable effective decision-making and support the delivery of key business objectives.
- Manage complex diaries, appointments, and scheduling across multiple senior stakeholders.
- Potential to attend leadership and management meetings, taking accurate notes and recording key decisions and actions.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, room bookings, and distribution of meeting materials.
- Manage inboxes and correspondence, prioritising communications and drafting responses where appropriate.
- Support the planning and coordination of business projects and strategic initiatives.
- Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative support across compliance, people, and business operations activities where required.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- An experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Professional, trustworthy, and experienced in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information

Pay: £32,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
