Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through meticulous inspection and analysis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining high-quality production processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The position is paid and suitable for candidates with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify compliance with quality specifications.
utilise specialised measurement tools and techniques to assess product dimensions, weight, and visual appearance.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability and reporting purposes.
Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or safety regulations promptly to the relevant departments.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Participate in internal audits and assist with external inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing inspection data and suggesting process enhancements.

Skills

Ideally CMM Programming or at least CMM operation
Experienced and good understanding in GD&T
Proven experience in quality Inspection First off . Last off, FAIR Creation
Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection equipment.
Good organisational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records systematically.
Effective communication skills to report findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach towards identifying potential quality issues before they escalate. This role is ideal for motivated individuals committed to upholding high standards of product quality while supporting our organisation’s continuous improvement efforts.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
