Overview
We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of skilled trades, contributing to various projects that require adaptability, precision, and a proactive approach. Your expertise will help ensure the successful completion of construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, cabinetry, and general woodwork with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct roofing repairs and installations, ensuring safety standards and quality workmanship are met
- Apply construction painting techniques to prepare surfaces and deliver a polished finish
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems to support building operations
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and concrete finishing
- Operate welding equipment to join metal components securely and efficiently
- Handle electrical wiring, fixtures, and troubleshooting in compliance with safety regulations
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks
- Fabricate custom components or structures as required for specific projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and ability to interpret technical drawings or plans
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction work
- Ability to adapt quickly to different tasks and work efficiently under supervision or independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Relevant certifications or licenses in trades such as carpentry, roofing, welding or electrical (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: From £26,436.80 per year
