Full job description

We are a growing Plant Hire company that specialises in providing Bowser Solutions for large-scale road, rail and infrastructure projects. We are proud to be working on a large road/tunnell boring scheme, and require motivated, self-starting HGV Drivers to work with us in our bespoke fuel, water or waste tankers. We have several vacancies available for this position - so whether you have Class 1 or 2, ADR or not, please apply and if you're the right fit, we'll find a suitable role for you.

Locations:

RM16 5UZ - Tilbury
DA12 5UF - Gravesend

Role Requirements

ADR (tanks and packages) preferred but can be provided
Site experience preferred, training will be available to the right candidate
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weathers.
HGV Category C drivers licence allowing you to drive in the UK
CSCS Card required
DCPC Training up to date
Relevant Medical up to date
Good Spoken English to be able to communicate on site with other workers
Drugs and Alcohol testing is mandatory on all of our projects, therefore conditional job offers are subject to a negative D&A test.

Role Responsibilities

Driving and operating your bespoke vehicle in accordance with Road Traffic Legislation and the Highway Code. It will be your responsibility to keep this vehicle clean and serviceable.
Filling plant and other machinery working on the project with fuel or ad-blue in line with the clients requirements.
Ensure that all Daily Vehicle Checks are undertaken and reported.
Make effective use of safety equipment, particularly personal protective equipment. There is a zero-tolerance policy on health and safety.
To comply with all legislative requirements, company policy and procedures at all times.
To digitally submit digital job and time sheets as well as any other associated documentation applicable as instructed by your Manager.
To comply with Contract and Site Managers at all times.

Please note - this is a physical role which will require you to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
