Sinclair & Rush currently have a vacancy for two Production Machine Operators at our Maidstone site. The hours are (Mon-Fri) 05.45-14:15 alternating with 13:45–22:15 the following week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Day-To-Day Duties of a Machine Operator
· Able to run all machines to the required standard – full training provided
· Run jobs to cycle
· Complete tool changes
· Conduct quality checks and ensure parts are in spec
· Understand and read job cards
· Ensure boxes are securely taped, packed and stamped
· Production data input
· Ensure each workstation is maintained to the required housekeeping standard
Essential Attributes for this role
· Must be able to drive and be in possession of a valid driver’s licence
· Must have an aptitude for manufacturing in general as training will be given for dip-moulding, injection-moulding and extrusion moulding machines
· Although this role is largely based in Maidstone, you may be required to work at our Rochester site from time to time, as the business dictates
