Registered Nurse – Nights | Wemyss Lodge, Swindon

Are you a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse looking to make a genuine difference in people’s lives? Join the team at Wemyss Lodge, a warm, person-centred 56-bed nursing home in Swindon, Wiltshire, that specialises in delivering outstanding care across a range of complex needs.

We care for individuals with:

Residential and nursing needs
Dementia and behaviours that challenge
Mental health conditions
Acquired brain injuries
Learning disabilities

Shifts Available:

Nights: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Full-time contracts (36 hours/week)
Overtime Available

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
Ensure compliance aith safety and hygiene protocols in all patient interactions.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.
